		<description>That&#039;s an interesting viewpoints about these &quot;10 ways to do...&quot;. I have to say I never thought about it that way, but I totally agree. I kind of felt like I have to read all this stuff about things that matter to me to be successful, but now I&#039;ve learned that is not like that at all. Genuine-inity (how do you write this ?) always mattered to me big time, but I never &#039;thought&#039; it aloud or put it amongst my list of principles. It was probably always so present for me that I failed to grasp it isn&#039;t for everyone.
